Except they're not. Normal people, even peak humans, cannot amp their stats/perception by increasing their heartrate, just to give one example. And the character of Black Panther was confirmed by the Russos, in an interview, to be enhanced to superhuman levels. Raizo was so fast he could move at blurring speeds, and even had some more exotic abilities, like using certain techniques to amp his healing/toughness. With the exception of healing, people like BP are also physically above people like Deadpool, but BP is in your team and Deadpool is off the table.
If you think Black Panther is peak human, then so is Cap and Bucky, which means they should be usable.

Yeah well then you made a pretty much lopsided thread. Black Panther is bullet proof, Raizo can move so fast that he can't be seen by the normal eye, Wesley can freaking curve bullets, but we're only allowed to utilize regular humans.
Now it would have been possible if our teams were given prep and your team wasn't, but you negated that by also giving your team prep. Not only that, you specified intel to just limited intel, which means our teams won't even be able to make in depth analysis and strategies of your team's strengths and weaknesses.
So yeah, you made a lopsided impossible thread.

by your description any action movie/tv heroes are superhuman hence any characters that will be presented here are off limits as per your standard

lopsided thread? far from it, its a challenge, if you cant think of any characters that can battle mine then thats not my problem, (btw ive posted this vs thread in different sites and they didnt have any problems in forming a team that can take on mine its just shows that you have limited knowledge about other movies/tv shows.)

you have a really well put together team....that said; mine would likely win.
tacticians
Lyra uses her alethiometer to gain full knowledge. (not immediately but within a years time, she would know everything about them)
Sherly and Swagger make IED/bombs as well as create attack formations/plans.
Jack supes up the gear of ppl like achilles/harry/rick/hitgirl who are stuck with crap from B.C - modern day.

my girls+eggie take things to mid range as hawkeye shoot from further off

Ozy/BP are really the only threats here. You may scuff at Rick but he is actually surprisingly durable & fast for being my overall weakest link.
Knowledge is power for this fight. and with a year to prep and further learn everything i can about your team; i think this is in the bag.
plus my teams teamwork would be leap and bounds above yours; you have some nasty villains on w/ heroes. The closest thing my team has to a villain is Fox. (14 people for my team BTW)
