After all, it's ridiclous to assume all storms are the same, especially when they're completely different (heat storm vs theta storm).

That's like saying ragdolling two Force-users are just as impressive, but then neglecting the fact one is Yoda and the other is Darth Tenebrous.

The notion that Kenobi thought as much is the impressive bit, not the feat itself. It was a village-level TK feat which is in the ballpark of Tott Doneeta and Rivi-Anu.

It's a bit different because that puts X >>> Yoda or Tenebrous. That tells us something about X we can use.

What's more impressive is that's it's around 21 BBY (if wookiepedia is to be believed) so that would mean another 2 years of growth (with a vastly more powerful growth near the end of TCW) so that's extremely good.

IIRC it was stated that the storm he blocked was strong enough to incinerate people or something similar.

The links I posted contain all relevant info on the storm, namely:

-It was destroying an entire town/clan of Twi'leks
-In a simulation of the same storm, people were reduced to skeletons
-It has wind power upwards of 500 kilometers per hour and over 300 degrees heat
-Rivi-Anu makes the pair of them look like ants in terms of full-effort power showings
-But feats are still really important and a good way of gauging power levels. Really.

In other words, if this is Anakin's Ultimate feat, he's inferior to mid-tier TotJ character.

We can powerscale quite a few characters from Tott as well. Dudes a footnote compared to Ulic + Kun or even Nomi, Thon etc.

How is it any different from Tott's feat? Just as Yoda/Anakin didn't do anything close to Rivi's feat during the series, nor did Kun or anyone else in Tales.

It isn't a double standard because nothing suggests Tott's feat was part of any exaggerated material other than that you don't like it. There's actual evidence that Tartakovsky material is exaggerated, which doesn't exist in the case of Totts feat. Thats the difference.
