Herc was a sucker blow. And we don't know how strong Herc is (his upper limits). In other words, it could be a high showing for Superman that he got a busted nose and wasn't killed for all we know.

We don't know Titus upper limits either. So either it was a low showing (not usable here) or it wasn't (Titus is indeed strong enough to do such things). Either way, the showing doesn't hurt Superman one bit.

This fight is fairly easy for Superman. He's too fast and his perceptions will have Hulk barely moving at all. Hulk is not faster than a bullet on average (or if ever). Superman can see bullets in slow motion at will. This fight isn't a contest.

Now if you asked who was stronger then it would be a good debate.

Some of JLA classified is out of continuity. The fight against Titus is either a) out of continuity, or b) a very young weak Superman. He mentioned being slower than a jet in that storyline and was unable to fly the moon. Both things that have never been true about his character since the Golden Age. So take your pick. Out of continuity wholly, or doesn't fit in continuity anywhere because of the shit writing in that arc.
