He (Nadd) has absolutely nothing to suggest he'd best Vader in sabers. The man [Vader] was already matching/besting a legit army buster and master of several lightsaber technique --- one of which, being Juyo which requires one to be a a high level master of several forms to fully become a maven, in Starkiller - all before becoming a "far more formidable combatant", and increasing his power in the Force overall to a significant degree.

Vader takes the combat skills(lightsabre) section. As Nadd was never noted to be a good lightsabre practitioner.
Not sure if his duel with Matta Tremayne counts.
