Off topic...iirc at one point Diana was susceptible to Lightning/electic attacks. Is that still currently an issue? Ive been reading alotta dynamite/valiant lately and havent kept up with her ongoing

They do pretty much the same as WW there, except they're dodging the blast. Cap A gets his shield up. Wolverine throws his claws up, etc. They don't get shot clean through (well, maybe Wolvy, lol).

Diana outrunning HV implies she can blitz Maxima, not her blocking HV.
Anyway Diana can lasso her after she stuns her from a blitz hit. Maxima will be stunned at least a second. A second to Diana is like hours or more.

He's referring to dodging the laser, not the aim. The former is done only after the laser enters the air and has a trajectory to the target.

In their thousands of appearances, you really think there won't be multiple scans of them doing the former?

So they dodge ongoing heat vision coming at them from all angles? Scans please and before you post that scene from Batman with Superman powers boasting at Nightwing, I want you to also reference Batman being weakened due to lc of sunlight.

Maybe. But it will be PIS if that was the case. So they would be unusable.
Dodging a laser from 30ft, after it has entered the air, requires about 1/15 the speed of light movement (assuming the dodge is 2 feet movement). This is more than 44 million miles per hour.

If superman can't blitz Maxima, WW can't.

As has already been mentioned in this thread, Maxima's telepathic powers have already proven to be powerful to mind control Wonder Woman. This follows other Wonder Woman showings against powerful telepaths like Maxwell Lord erasing her mind after 'Sacrifice', or Malefic restraining her in 'Ghosts of Mars'. Considering that Maxima has also dropped planetary level threats like Brainiac and Hank King with her telepathy, this does not bode well for Diana.

As for the question of speed, Maxima has always demonstrated the reaction time to surprise or counter Superman. Whether she reaches out and judo throws him at the moment of impact in a game of chicken where escape velocity is the ballpark, or whether she's fighting him out in space in OWAW after Superman was doing loop-de-loops around Kyle Rayner to show how the unblocked sun was giving him a boost for their solar system warm-up lap, Maxima has Jay Garrick level speed at the very least.

On top of that, Maxima's forcefields are powerful enough to keep Power Girl out.

Also Diana is highly resistant against TP. If Max can mindrape her almost instantly (no lingering fight) then she's the most powerful telepath in the universe I say. But then again if WW blitzes at ftl speeds then it becomes interesting.
