The Statue of Liberty Falls!!!

If the Statue of Liberty were to begin falling, which characters [if any] would be able to completely stop it with the force [in a manner similar to Yoda's feat in AOTC], before it hit the ground?:

For the purposes of this thread we'll assume the Statue has tipped to the horizontal/90 degree mark before they attempt to stop it, thus its full weight must be halted...

*According to Google, the Statue is ~300' tall and weighs ~220 tons.

Legends: Honestly, Jedi Master level and above should be able to pull off the feat based on Rivi Anu's showing against the Star Destroyer.

Canon: Yoda seemed to be struggling with the machinery in AotC, so I'm not sure he (or Palpatine) could handle the statue. Maybe TFA Luke?

Yoda appearing to struggle with that pillar is what made me curious about this. Unless said pillar was constructed of the heaviest material in the galaxy, and inextricably had gargantuan mass/weight relative to its size, then I can't imagine him being able to catch the SoL in the same manner... And if HE can't catch it, it's hard to imagine anyone else in canon catching it.

But I'm also not familiar with many characters/feats outside of the films and animated TV show, so I wasn't sure.

I don't know if Legends Ventress level can do, to be honest. I'm probably missing something, though.

Stop it? Not lift it or manipulate it in complex ways? Just stop it from falling? Any random Jedi Master should suffice.

Yep, I just want to know which characters can stop the SoL before it hits the ground whilst falling.

Can you post feats indicative of "any" random Jedi or Sith Master stopping an object of that size/weight in freefall?

If so, is that canon or Legends?

Thanks for the scans. Now, it's obviously a heroic event and not something she could pull at will. She probably even bordered a brief moment of oneness there.

Wow that is an insane feat. I agree that it is definitely an outlier as it pretty much eclipses most other TK feats in the mythos, but it's still awesome.

It being one of the best feats doesn't make it an outlier. That is fan fiction.

So you think she was capable of stopping a free-falling Star Destroyer any time she wanted? If so, she is evidently the most powerful force user in the mythos. If not, it's an one-off outlier. The latter certainly seemed to be the intent IMO.

Palpatine and Vader certainly could based on their feats in the comics and books. I'd expect Yoda would be capable of it as well. Heck, Kanan stopped a cave-in in A New Dawn so he (and therefore many others) should be able to do so.

If almost every Jedi Master has that level of power, then the Jedi on Geonosis must've been drunk or something.

Also if it's really that possible for your average Jedi Master, than surely Ki-Adi would've bolstered her efforts and saved her instead of leaving... or shit he could've taken the initiative and done that shit himself.
