OT: Anyone Maul level and above should be able to stop it's fall, for sure. Well, in Legends anyone. Canon is a bit tricky, but Vader and Force sensitives above should be able to.

Movie only Jedi power is different and vastly inferior to even the more modest levels of showing in either the new, disney canon or the old, Legends canon. Mace Windu from the 2002 Clone wars show for example would have solo'd the droids in the geonosian arena.

Kanan level and up should be capable of stopping the State of Liberty in the manner depicted.

It depends what you consider "consistent" for Legends I guess. Even TCW CGI Plo Koon has a feat that would let him lift the Statue easily, so does Kanan and Ezra with that metoer feat in Rebels and that's disney canon.

Nah he lifted the X-Wing pretty easily, while teaching us "Size matters not"..
