Ghostman, just saying - because the judges won't know as much manga as you, you would have a doubly hard time convincing them (the ultimate audience, in the end) of your capabilities, and then, that the characters are within the cap, that's all.
Imagine if you had no idea who Silver Surfer was. I come in, post some scans of him being beaten up by Mexicans, and ask if I can use his feats in a street level match. Boom, trap card activated. Not saying that's what would happen, but it could.

He had the power to induce drunkeness in anyone. He had to continuously drink, though, to do so.
The Craftsman.Power: Ability to impose a blood alcohol/drunken like effect on others, up to unconsciousness. Works even on characters with no blood.
Power requies a steady supply of high quality beer on my end (Think Bane's venom injection setup.)
Carver had the ability to create portals, like Blink.

so basically no other forms of fiction? well there goes my plans. smh, i was about to show a tk from an old novel that i read that can fold space time over intergalactic distances. oh well,
