Energy Manipulating is just as varied as psionics. There are tons of types of energy. I do view psionics as a power that messes with the minds of others though (IE: mental illusions, creating fear in people, etc).

I'll have a talk with Id about what he plans (because some psionics are really other powers disguised as mental abilities - I'm looking at you Nate Grey), but TK and TO are out.

Actually Telekenises and Telepathy serve as the foundation for psionics. Without them, I am handicapped since they make up for the bulk of feats.

I only picked psionics, because that's the power I most knowledgeable in.

Technically I am at a disadvantage.

The term psionic is thrown around enough that it could include practically any of the prefix + kinesis/pathy powers too. Aerokinesis, electrokinesis, cyberpathy etc. It's about as broad as the term psychokinesis. A whole slew of psychic abilities could reasonably get lumped there.

I mean, don't me wrong. I'd try the exact same thing. Figured I'd warn about the mayhem he could wreak with that lol.

Think about it.

Psionics is too broad.

The term itself is conjuring a paranormal phenomena through mental energy or your mind.

Magento - psionically manipulates em.
Iceman - psionically manipulates atomic movement.
Storm - psionically conjures weather.
etc..

Any of those application can fall as a power or ability derivative from psionics.

And I was going to be that Guy, and totally abuse it.

He knows he drafted a useless power and was out matched, so is using Delta as an excuse. Plain and simple.
