People tend to forget that a lot is added in post-production. Case in point, a deleted scene from the first Avengers movie that was never completed:
Beyond the fact that there is no background in parts, his gear (in particular the scepter) looks extremely fake and plastic-y. It doesn't have the level of shine and detail that we see in the final product.
Bottom line. We won't really know what Shazam looks like until we get a teaser/trailer.

The basic costume is not bad. However he looks likes he's padded with pillows to death. The outfit needs to be a tad darker. the cape looks like cloth and cheap. The cowel around his head I wish they would drop. The lighting bolts look like cheap plastic. Zack has not had enough time to bulk up either.
Henry cavils outfit looks like a very expensive will engineered costume. Zack's looks like something you bought online for a few hundred bucks. D.C.
