Yeah, but that's clearly padding. The biceps are weirdly disproportional to the rest of his arms.

But anyway, wouldn't get too up and arms about it. They're most likely going to add smaller texture details and visual effects to the costume in post that just aren't practical to have while actually filming.

You can see the obvious padding on the right side of the neck area in the second picture.

Thats fine. Its not like Shazam is going to have topless scenes. So why not get a good actor instead of a wrestler and just pad him up.
