1. I never said Shaak wasn't impressive, only that being of the the best duelist of the PT isn't all that impressive an accolade when discussing battle between powerhouses like Desann and such.
2. It's all relative, yes. For guys like Vitiate, Plagueis, Palpatine, etc - being one of the most powerful Sith Lords isn't impressive because people far below their pay grade is also touting an identical accolade. So when discussing, let's say, Darth Plagueis vs Valkorion, why even mention it? It's the same here, only on a smaller scale.
