Doesn't santeria go against the christian beliefs?

Well Santeria(meaning the way of the saints) has elements of the Roman Catholicism in its worship and it is a syncretistic religion

So it would be frowned on by the Devout Catholics as it is a deviation or mix of sorts. The dealing with the dead is the part they would most object too, I remember how much they church leaders used to from upon Mediums and psychics because it was against all that was christian.

i think the buddhists theory of suffering makes a lot of sense, more than the christians theory (even though i am a christian), the christian theory sounds like it's just covering up for the fact no one knows the answer whereas the buddhist one makes sense.

funny thing about budda is he looks like a fat jolly type guy... he doesn't look loke a buddist. he looks more like a chinese santa clause.
