Its not that simple

Vril Dox II is only a 10th level intellect (behind his son, fatjer and descendant in Brainiac 1,3, and 5) and yet hes out maneivered or defeated all three.

He's done it because he's more of a lateral out of the box thinker than they are (sort of like most of your list)

I never understand this. In what world is Reed dumber than Thanos? Thanos preps well and all, and I don't mean to give the impression that he's dumb or anything, but against Reed? Pretty much this. True brainiac is on another level. Same with B13. I wouldn't put cyborg so high, though. He's like a 3. His father is much smarter than he.
