Besides, even a fraction of Plagueis' lightning would instantly kill Jedi, as I already said. He can spread it quite wide without needing to worry about it becoming too weak.
On a sidenote, Plagueis can also cleave his way through their ranks with his sabers. With his speed, they wouldn't know what hit them. He is also immune to all forms of attack the Jedi can muster (lightsabers included), and instantly regenerate from any injury, so long as its not lethal.
With all this in mind, I don't see how the Jedi are winning.
