If you're going to use Wolverine then, again, I mention how a bunch of fodder were able to block Wolverine's claws with katanas.
And beyond that, the closest I can think of is in a deleted extended fight scene (i.e. a scene that is not actually canon) where he stabbed Juggernaut. And Juggernaut doesn't have any piercing durability feats comparable to Cage in anyways. As I mentioned earlier, the Weapon XI decap is irrelevant, as Logan's claws were superheated at the time.

Still having a rough time imagining Cage doing well against a quicker opponent with claws made out of the hardest and sharpest metal in Marvels known Universe, but I suppose its possible.
Except X24 isn't quicker than cage. And there's no proof his claws can do serious damage to Cage.

Well, I don't think slashes will do that much damage, but a solid thrust in certain areas could definitely cause some trouble IMO.
If Luke Cage stands still and allows X24 to stab him, sure. But stabbing a moving target... it's very hard to land a direct hit, especially if your target has skin hard as steel where your claws can easily glance off of.
Slashing at a moving target is easier because a slash covers more area than a stab (which needs to be very precise). But I doubt a slash will do much to Cage.

Well, technically, his tissue is tougher than steel. Beyond the fact that he could punch through steel without damaging himself, he still bent a scalpel when he tried to cut into his internal soft tissue, and the Seagate doctor had similar problems until they went through the whole superheated acid/chemical mix bath that softened him up more.
