Should LOB be banned?

yes. but there should be some sort of "most wanted list" in place. you know, the higher you're ranked the more likely a ban for past offenses, or even owing to past bans. a ranking system would let people know who's close to the limit. with some thought someone could probably come up with something similar but better. still, it'd be cool. lob would be on the list for general annoyance, but he'd be further down my list. there are several others who deserve to be the top ranked offenders.

Check the date it was made. Then account for the fact that Pr is like 5 hours ahead of eastern time. Then look at LoB's and carter's reasons for banning for a laugh.
