His biggest threat, imo, is Strange. However, as long as Strange had the same reservations against DD that he had against Hulk, I believe DD would still win.
If you're phased into solid matter, like, the ground, doesn't that mean your atoms/molecules are mixed with those of the ground? This is not simply burial; you're part of whatever you got phased into (and since there is no such thing as actual 'phasing', it's not like I'm talking RL physics here). This is like punching lemonade to separate the juice from the water.
