That's post-schrodinger Alucard, who won't die under any circumstances so long as he retains his identity.
Pre-schrodinger, he has over 3 million lives to draw on, so killing him is still basically impossible unless he releases level 0. And no, hitting him with 1,000 fatal punches at once won't take out a thousand lives, it'll take out one.
Hell, his normal regeneration is good enough so that he doesn't even need to draw on any of his lives unless his heart's been destroyed or he's torn into pieces and burned.

Doubt pressure points could make Alucard lose his memory when literally blowing his brains out doesn't. Soryu Tenra may work, but in that case Alucard would probably appear in his true form 0, which means Ken would have to fight three million opponents without auras or defenses or the like. I also doubt the amount of time someone can go without eating passively is the same as how long they can spam their attacks without reaching their limit.

Kenshiro directly controls his Life Force and can control the Life Force of others through Hokuto Sonkaken / Ryuuken techniques.
Alucard has no answers to Muso Tensei and Kenshiro's overall very versatile abilities.
