I don't recall him ever having done this. The closest he comes to duplicating other people's powers and abilities is via making them his familiars.
Heck, even if we were to assume Alucard were capable of mimicking Hokuto no Ken, how does that make up for the strength/speed gap which you've already agreed to? If Alucard gets blitzed, he is subject to a wide variety of pressure point hax.
