and yet people avoid my point and question here. where is supermans capacity stated? can he get inifnity stronger the more he is exposed to the sun? or maybe he can absorb the sun and get more powerful only till a specific barrier is reached? how long does it take for him to reach such barrier? hours? days? and then being in the sun only maintains that power? where are the evidence that all that time in the sun made him stronger by an amount equal to all the years he spent there?

if we get more serious then yes, but then again, needing the GL Ring to crush an already beaten up solaris, is not a major major feat.
Who said he needed the GL ring to defeat Solaris? It was just an ironic way to turn the "kryptonite" that was intended to kill Superman back on its wielder.

Nah, it's not you. ill give you a hint though.
This he-who-shall-not-be-named individual has a particular history in Thor vs Superman threads. He's been on a bashing-streak against me as of late which is why i feared that he might reach his breaking point upon seeing me giving Thor the win here. 😏

then why did he use the GL ring? it makes no sense. he is awaken and know solaris is the bad guy. however he chooses to get the GL ring in order to crush it and not doing it all by himself. why would he do that? i dont see a relation to the kryptonite that was fired at him, your explanation doest many sense to me... please explain
