Where do they stop and why?

possibly 5 or 6, definitely stop at 7.

Also surprised at your ranking of dd vos above rots kenobi, its a perfectly fair ranking(far more arguable than people would like to admit), but wouldn't ave expected it

Stops at Dooku, IMO.

Doubt it. Even as of TPM Maul was a level 8 tier duellist same as ROTS Kenobi.

Well Fisto is a 7, so I'm not sure where you're getting that Grievous is an 8. But tbh Grievous's top gear differs depending on the medium.

As for the rest they'd all likely put up good Saber fights against each other, except that Mace is called a level 9 in the Making of ROTS. Outside any official medium however Gillard has stated Mace was on the border of an 8 and 9. So presumably still better than the rest of the 8's.

Grevious has stalemaated/outdueled tcw kenobi in almost all their confrontations and has fought evenly with tcw maul on a nexus. If TPM Maul is an 8, logically, grevious via the scling he gets from kenobi, also is.

And fisto vs grveious was circumstantial. For some reason people love ignoring how in the first fight on that episode, grievous was taking on both fisto and his padawan simultaneously as well as a bunch of clones
