What I'm getting is that the two have fairly similar speeds. One may be faster than the other, but it's not like one of them is going to be leaving the other as a statue. It's not Zoom vs Flash, where he's casually batting Flash away one handed, for example. More like two human boxers fighting each other.
It then goes down to strength and durability. Skills are....a wash as well, as they're being limited to boxing.

if she is faster (and I leave that to other people to argue), it's not by much.
Her reflex speed edge, if we go by the JLA scan, is due to muscle memory.
OP however has restricted it to boxing. Like asking someone who is fluent in ten languages, to suddenly start rapping in French. Yes, they can do it,and yes, they can do it well.....but by suddenly stopping her from using elbows, knees, wrestling moves,joint locks etc, purely for brawling....her muscle memory is liable to get her disqualified with illegal moves.
ESPECIALLY if her edge is based on her acting without thinking. Throw a punch at her,she counters with a hip throw.... disqualified.
Grab Superman's elbow and twist? Disqualified.
Headbutt? Disqualified.
Moreover, he still has his travel speed edge. In a boxing ring, he can do what Phildo showed in his very first scan....one second he's behind, the next, in front of her, then behind again, etc etc.
Of course, she can counter this by backing herself into a corner so that he can't get behind her....but it's not exactly a wise move lol.
An unrestrained Superman nearly broke her bracers [skyfather level] and would have killed her in a few strikes, by her own admission.
He's also knocked her out and fluung her across the solar system in one single strike:
She has no such protection in the ring from his strikes. By all accounts, this fight would be over in moments.

She does say that he has greater raw speed than her. She could be speaking of this same raw speed. Muscle reaction though....
The whole WW having faster reflexes than Superman due to muscle memory was only stated as far as I know by ONE writer. Other than that 99% of the writers say Superman is faster.
You can take ONE or TWO or THREE statements an try to change the whole canon comic book story, but IMO that will be ignoring 90 % of canon comic book history.
Now onto the topic. Like DS said WW has been handicapped here.
Not only Superman did learn boxing from wild cat, but WW is more of a MMA fighter.
Top that with Superman being stronger, Faster and more durable and this is a no match.
IIRC WW has won less than 30% of their canon fights and that was due to extenuating circumstances.
