What you've showed me is an athleticism feat. I'll grant you that Batfleck is far better at parkour than Bane. But his actual speed feats in combat aren't particularly noteworthy yet.
Oh, and the difference isn't slight. Bane is stronger by far, and more importantly is far tougher. Batfleck seemed like a tank, but that was due to armour. His actual durability is untested.
