I'm here. Sorry. Swamped with work. Every time I start compiling my thoughts, I get buried with a ton of crap. Had a write up ready two days ago, but haven't properly reviewed them.
Gonna have my last couple of posts today in the evening. God willing.

Then I will lodge my judgement on Monday with Pr. He doesn't know it yet, but then he doesn't need to do anything. It's more to ensure that my ruling was arrived at independently of others. Then I will actually open other judgements (if any) and then post them.

No matter the result, I think it would be a good idea to have the last posts pm'd to the moderator in future bz, or even the rest of them to be posted simultaneously [post 1 of a and post 2 of b etc.] That way one of the opponents can't post half his replies at the end with no chance for the other to respond.

I think the bz rules should be updated in that regard.

Yeah I tend to agree. Also leaving it to the last minute also doesn't give much time to counter even if you didn't use up your post count. I had a feeling this was going to happen

something could prolly be done but personally i've rarely had trouble just going back and forth. you need to be able to respond to your opponent's points, obviously but maybe the concluding posts could be sent and posted at the same time. but often people like being first and that usually means the other guy goes last to be fair, but...whatever is accepted by both is fine with me.

doesn't seem to matter here anyway. i don't think he's gonna make any more posts anyway. if he does, it's gonna be right under the wire. /shrug

Having issues with last post. Went from 9700 to 9600 to 95 to 9300. Still cant post.

Come on DS. Not like its 1 week late. There's been bz's here with 1, 2, or 3 week delays in post. This is not even 24 hrs yet.

I apologize since I was swamped at work. They piled my paperwork prior to my vacay.

And I had issues with posting. I had to revise 5-7 times to reduce even though I was well within post limit. Coulda made the date if not for this buggy site.

I was swapped at work too. I was writing all my posts at 2am, yet i distributed them fairly. I didn't send half of my post at the end and introduce new arguments in literally the last paragraph, posting it over the time limit by a dozen hours, knowing they won't be directly addresed. You knew the rules, yet couldn't edit your post in time, then act like nothing happened. I had the same problem, but i edited until it fit. Because i wasn't posting them on Saturday. It's bi tch moves all around.

That said, it's up to Darksaint, he's the moderator. I'm ok with any decision he takes, sincerily. I've luckily posted enough to directly address even that.

My two cents last post should be removed. You guys did agree to the start and finish times. Not sure if you asked for more time during the match if you did that's a little different. If you didn't then yeah should be removed

I can remedy that. Rebutt. It's fine by me. That's how u know this ain't a ***** move. A ***** move is trying to use generally accepted forum standards to completely undercut and basically attempt to delegitimize posts before it has even been posted.

You can post any time for all I care. I'm not even calling for a time limit.
In my case things came up that were out of my control.

one rebut should be fair imo, or disallow the last post. either one would work for me in terms of fairness. up to ds though if he ever decides to show up again. ****ing slacker. doesn't he know that hosts are to be available 24/7?? sneer
