Seeing Kimura literally pass out, it's a miracle Miyata hasn't dropped into a coma.
And Takamura thinking his weight control isn't anything special. Normal people, which he is not, literally die from the kind of weight control he went through. Rikishi is a famous example, in Ashita No Joe.

It seems that Sendo will beat Gonzales way sooner than I thought. 3rd or 4rd round.
Honestly, I didn't liked how he easily beated Alfredo's technique, it wasn't supposed to be that weak. But anyway...
I'm curious about how Ricardo will handle him. He said the best way to fight Sendo is starting with everything you got since the beginning to avoid dangerous situations (kinda what Volg did), I guess he will not even try to use technique against Sendo. We're about to see a Ricardo Martinez never showed before.
Sendo role is to give clues to Ippo next returning match against Ricardo. Going by the story, Gonzales probably hasn't gain any stronger since his last fight with Ippo. While, Sendo watched their fight and gotten stronger off of it.
Sendo vs Ricardo is going to be amazing, regardless of the obvious winner of the two.
Yup, I'm glad the author didn't drag out with another chapter.
Sendo busted up bad, he needs lot of time for recovery, if he wants to challenge the #1 fighter. What going through Ippo mind? Sendo who he bested twice in the past, is now a step ahead of him. Ippo comeback is going take Sendo down a third time. lol

Did not see that coming.
I feel bad for Gonzales. The dream is over.
So I liked it. Short and to the point compared to past epics.
Sendou boxed like you'd expect, taking a beating to "learn his hits", tanking like a champ, and going through his guard like it wasn't even there.
He'd end Vorg easy imo. Vorg is the better boxer, the problem is he has no real way of dropping Sendou, while he has no real way of stopping Sendou from dropping him.
I mean, look at Mike. So many blocks, against punches nowhere near Sendous normal hits, let alone a Smash.

Takamura super middle arc meeting expectations.
Takamura is being one sidedly dominated. Dominated. Takamura!
Keith Dragon is like a black hole of bad luck. The Bad Luck Schleprock of the Ippo-verse. But he's also genuinely good.
He also has a terrifying back story, where
Spoiler:
his father shot himself in the head, and his mother hung herself soon after. And Keith promised to join them after spending his last coin, but just kept winning money in gambling, and at everything else in life from that point on. Almost like god was telling him he hae divine protection from this point forward.
It was a good build up with an interesting character. Vintage Mori from his peak.
