Agreed, that junkie Thiessen just wouldn't do as Rogue. She doesn't look even vaguely alike! Not that I really like Anna either...

totally agree... and thats what i was referring to... and i honestly didnt find anna sexy...

Rogue wasn't even sexy in the comics...wasn't intended to be.

I Like the idea about the sexy Rogue, but in the movie Rogue is very young, i dont like the idea about Rogue young age because i see me very old than Rogue, i think the idea for the comics that Rogue would must be young girl characteristic, but in the fact Rogue is in later 30s or middle 40s, but Rouge could have a longevity originated by his powers of absortion, this case could be apply in Ms. Marvel, Drazzel, Spider Woman, Storm, Invisible Woman, She Hulk, etc.

I think Anna did an extremely good job with the script that was given to her. She's a good actress.
However, I do much prefer the comic book Rogue. She's my heroine!!!!

I actually don't like Anna as Rogue, Rogue has been my favourite (or one of my favs anyway) since I was a young child. I've pictured her differently, even tho Anna plays her well, I'd rather see her play a different role...Like kitty (Shadowcat) or whatever...
I'd pictured the accent different as well. Rogue was tougher for me, but i think the movie focusses on the beginning really. Rogue wasn't born this strong. her mutant powers developped as she got older am I right?
She discovered only later that she was able to use the powers she once absorbed...she couldn't at first.

I've only started reading the comic like 2 years ago, and because I live in Holland, we don't get all the x-men stories out here.
I'm trying to get my hands on some older x-men via via lol so I can sort of catch up on everything in the past.

I really like Rouge, but in the movie, Rogue is very Young, (I dont think something bad about the actreess), maybe in the movie Rogue could been very young, but I like the idea in the comics, Rogue have youth characteristics, but in the fact, is in later 30s or midle 40s, i like this idea, but I hope tha marvel consider the idea than i propose, and the idea about the Rogue's longevity maybe about her absortion powers, and his memories is very diffuse and she dont have about the idea how old is her, thas my idea, becouse if Rogue very Young, i seem very old about Rogue.
