If you're talking about the most recent Hyperion I don't think he'd be able to. His actions aren't "good" in that way especially in the recent Squadron Supreme one with Atlantis and killing Namor. Fair enough he looked after a companion after he retired from superhero life but his moral stance isn't pure good. He's done some bad where I don't think he would be able to lift it.
