You're including What Ifs? You're also missing some people i think. Also it was even implied twice (in an Avengers issue and the Red hulk instance) that Mjolnir can be lifted by anyone in outer space, although this contradicts its worthy enchantment.

As far as I understood it. He can lift it if his intentions are pure, like the fight and when he palmed Thors strike but if he gets cocky and tries to show off, he becomes unworthy. The intention and situation decide, same with Captain America who lifted it because Thor was KOed and he needed it to safe them.

JBL is pointing out that Superman was allowed to lift it because of the circumstances. later Superman was shown trying and failing to lift Mjolnir.
