A Texas college's student newspaper is apologizing after coming under fire for running an opinion column called "Your DNA is an abomination" that accuses white people of being oppressors who “shouldn’t exist.”
The apology from Texas State’s University Star came just hours after the column was printed in the paper's Tuesday edition, sparking a backlash.
“Whiteness will be over because we want it to be,” the article reads, according to a photograph sent to Fox News by multiple viewers. “And when it dies, there will be millions of cultural zombies aimlessly wandering across a vastly changed landscape.”
In addition to stating “white death will mean liberation for all,” the columnist also says whiteness is “a construct used to perpetuate a system of racist power” and white people are “an aberration."
“Until then, remember this: I hate you because you shouldn’t exist,” the column adds. “You are both the dominant apparatus on the planet and the void in which all other cultures, upon meeting you, die.”

Hecht further explained there were many inconsistencies in Little’s account of what happened and, despite the fact the Navy believes the incident was staged, Hecht has stood by his account of what happened claiming he has nothing to gain from lying."

It doesn't surprise me that part got rejected because it is insane. What is more disturbing is that we live in a culture now where somebody even thought this was a good idea and they apparently also have some level of power.

My point is, stories came out from a few insiders who admitted everyone knew Weinstein pulled this crap, including himself, and they all chose to look the other way because he was a "golden goose" who was making a lot of money for a lot of people.
He also claimed the "press/media" were essentially owned by him/hollywood, e.g. they depended on Hollywood to make their profits, Weinstein was a lynchpin in Hollywood, and anything that threatened that would get burried.
Personally, I think it's pretty obvious there's a major problem at the top of a lot of interconnected industries, and I don't believe for a second that Time isn't part of the problem.
Heck, it's not like people at the floor/fringes don't complain all the time about how corrupt "big media" is. It's just, no one ever pays attention/does anything about it (But who would do anything about it? The big shots commiting the crimes? The one's making money off these predators?)
