Love him or hate him, he knows how to play his enemies.

This is a few years old, but where is the patriarchy? She should have been executed, post haste.

Vermont woman shown on video cutting cop’s throat with knife acquitted of attempted murder

Seems the correct decision was made. Aggravated assault, coming down from a heroin addiction, she feared for the mistreatment of or then husband, and was fighting for what she thought was correct at the time while half-way out of her mind.

And the defense is correct: if she was an RN (why is she homeless, though?), she knows exactly where to cut. It clearly wasn't attempted murder. Aggravated assault? Yes. Assault with a deadly weapon (the state may not charge that??? I don't know)? Yup. But attempted murder? Nope.

Proper charges levied.

Nothing to see here, Surtur.

How is it not attempted murder lol. What did she plan to do, shave off a few neck hairs, but went for the wrong side of his body in a panic?

And saying her being a nurse so she knows exactly where to cut contradicts you trying to paint her as if she wasn't 100% in her right mind due to heroin addiction.

So she was afraid, dealing with heroin withdrawal, and just not in the right state of mind...but she still is gonna obviously be able to cut only non vital areas because she was a nurse? That's one stellar nurse.

Did you read my post?

Did you read the article you posted? Your answer is in both.

Impulsive threats of violence to save a loved one != attempted murder

That's a shit argument and you know it. Her perception of what situation was not correct. She was paranoid. Not completely ignorant. Ever come down off of heroin? No? Yes? Ever seen someone come down off of it?

You'd know what it's like.

Correct. And a jury determined the same. Great, so you agree. Glad that's settled.

You're forcing a "muh patriarchy" debate when none is to be had. She didn't get a "p*ssy pass" because she's female. She didn't get a pass, either because she got criminal charges that stuck.

She didn't get the attempted murder charges because it simply wasn't attempted murder.

I understand where you're coming from, but the patriarchy thing was mostly a joke lol.

I'm gonna spread you some Christmas cheer bro. I know you said you have kids. I have a great gift you can get them, assuming they can read:

^^Not a joke, this is a real book lol.

Okay, you win this debate, then...because you know as well as I do that this is my kind of takin the piss.

You can't cuck the tuck:

YouTube video

Lol...oh California.

Skipped ahead, as I figured you were being you again and Tucker was being a cuck again and no surprise, I was correct again on both counts.

The real story: "Residents say trees block mountain views, depressing property values"

ie, people want the trees gone to increase the value of their homes, which is a good thing for the home owners

So you're telling me the trees aren't actually racist?

The trees themselves are not racist (except for maybe that one elm, it's suspect), Tucker is still a cuck and Surtur only reads the headlines of stories. Par for the course all around

How do the trees being up, which blocks the golfing activities, devalue their property?

Someone who knows real estate stuff...is this really devaluing their property?

Lol um, they flat out say they were planted there with racist intent.

If you hadn't skipped ahead you would have seen that part.

So, in you whining I only read headlines, you yourself failed to do your own due diligence, skipped ahead, and got it wrong.

Hilarious.

One of those moments where you can actually see perception is dictating realestate....values.

I don't get it. Your rhetoric is too obfuscated for me to get it.

Cos having a view of mountains is a selling point?

Yeah but the trees are between the golf course and the neighborhood, it looks like the neighborhood is between the trees and the mountains. The only view that seems to be blocked is the neighborhood's view of the golf course.

I think the point is that the trees are ugly or something like that because he seemed to suggest that it would be fine if they'd planted something like eucalyptus trees. So my question is why not(to save money) just cut down a couple of rows of the ugly trees by the neighborhood and plant eucalyptus trees in their place while leaving the rest of the ugly trees facing the golf course. Then the neighborhood looks better for a lot less money and the elites continue to be punished with what apparently constitutes an ugly landscape.

TBF, rich people living next to a golf course are probably Trumpers. So we need to look out for their best interest first and foremost. Which is probably Cucker's point.
