We talked about this before. It is less than 6%. It is a specific age range that is something like 14-39. Don't quote me on that. But almost all of those black-perpetuated homicides are not committed by all black men.

I'm all for reparations as long as that includes the Arab slavers, the African slavers, the Jewish slavers as well as the White slavers.
Virtually every race has been enslaved by another or their own, so the whole world is getting reparations. I guess black people's voices are so loud most people believe them to be the only victims.

Yeah. It was the COLLEGES Responsibility to stop HER from doing something Stupid. Like protesteing in the Middle of an Interstate Highway.
