I'm not upset nor do I want you banned. I simply wondered why someone who had no part in even creating the thread would feel he had any say lol.

If I wanted you or anyone else banned I could have reported you by now. This isn't to suggest you'd automatically be banned if I did, but it is what a person would do if they wanted you gone. I have never reported anyone.

Yes, the reasonable request part is the thing you were having trouble with. Your argument was basically "Do what I want or else you're being petty", while presumably holding your breath.

I didn't find my requests unreasonable. Not in the context of the board and how may people frequent this part of it, but okay.

True, but IMO the reasons you gave were not sufficient given the context of the board. People would know exactly what to expect from a topic by me called "misc news threads" right? I think that is true. I do not think being vague would be a problem.

What is a "Misc" news story, anyway? That is basically any story at all. But you don't post just any old news story in this thread, it's a specific type.

I don't have a problem, I was merely explaining to you where I was coming from.

Also to me, a "misc news story" thread would be beneficial. Not even just for the type of things you feel I post. I think sometimes there are things that do not warrant their own topics that are news.
