At the very least Julie Swetnick might have legit committed perjury. In her sworn statement she says Kavanaugh spiked drinks. In her NBC interview she says she only saw him by the punch. In her NBC interview she lasts the last party with this crowd/area she attended was when she was raped. Yet in her sworn statement she said she attended the parties from 1981-1983 and that her rape happened in 1982.
