They've gotten a lot worse since then. ISIS had some film director do some high resolution vids of them burning people alive. Slo mo of them shotgunning people's heads. Hanging guys up on meathooks and butchering them like pigs. Then you've got the Mexican cartel vids of skinning people alive, dismembering and disemboweling them alive and torturing a guy whose face they peeled off as his bloody skull screams in pain.
