This lady needs to sue for her 1st amendment rights. I read a education law-book recently, and know teachers have a freedom to free-speech outside of the classroom. School district sure stepped out of line on this.

I think if she tries to sue they will try to use her past behavior against her:

I legit laughed at "white bread". Lol. If she kicked a student it is 100% not okay and IMO she should have been terminated for that.
Yet they kept her around. Now it seems something she said on twitter got her fired.
I don't see how this is legal.
