They claim it's:
1. Not about everyday speech.
2. Is only a guideline.
3. That I should actually read the constitution, followed by an answer "No, it is not (unconstitutional).
If someone's fine the maximum, I'd be interested in seeing how that plays out.

Yes this athlete who has trained for years would surely beat normal men who haven't dedicated their lives to it. Even before my back was bad she'd beat me(though I did do some running). Simply because I didn't train specifically just to focus on running I did it just to increase stamina for boxing.
Yet I'm guessing high caliber high school male athletes could take her lol.
And the men around her age who are at their peak would blow her away. As we saw with the guy from the USA.

Try middle school. As an 8th grader, I ran the 400m in 49 seconds. I believe that was faster than her time. But she was doing a relay hand-off.

Same weight class? I would like to see that. Top champ from women's facing bottom of the barrel professional in the same weight class.
Edit - There is a top fighter in the middleweight class, women's, that was a stupendous fighter. Could kick like a freight train. She was trained as a Muy Thai fighter. Even when I competed, she'd probably kick my ass. When it comes to skills like fighting, that's when women really can close the gap on physical ability. It would take me 5 years of extreme dedication to be able to fight her (when she was at her peak).
