Yes, that is in fact what they are doing. They criticized her conduct. You may not agree with the criticism, but the criticism is of how she conducted herself, not about her as person. Is there anything else you want to be proven wrong about?

Adam, they called her a partisan hack..
Even if she breached some form of courtesy by not contacting them fist for comment, that's attacking more then the papers she released. They're essentially claiming she's so biased as to be untrustworthy.
