And why are their damn eyes always so huge.

So this is an employment judge?

How often do employees ever win discrimination suits against large companies?

Was there ever anything that could have resulted in a win here? Or is this judge less interested in the issue of transgenderism, as he is in protecting the rights of companies to fire at will?
Of course, perhaps he also doesn't want to challenge "cancel culture" and the blowback resulting from it. But I really do wonder if judges tend to protect businesses over individuals, considering how hard it is for individuals to prevail over large businesses.

U gotta love how her views of sex aren't worthy of respect, but apparently their own views are...because see they have the *right* thoughts and she had the wrong thoughts.

I will say it again: thank we left that awful country, and no 1984 was not a god damn how-to guide.

She wasn’t fired, her contract wasn’t renewed.

True, but be fair though it's...she was essentially let go because of it. Or not renewed because of it. That seems pretty clear right?

She's one of the people JK Rowling got in trouble for sticking up for lol

Yeah, you are right, the reason for not renewing her contract is her stance on trans issues, neither side disputes that.

Wow, only watch this channel if you really want to see ppl, not at their best, not the best ppl, just ppl that get overlooked.

We have reached peak current year. This is great stuff.

Sleep is for privileged white people, popular magazine says — so now activists call for 'rest reparations'

"Writers Acosta and Sosa revealed that they experienced an epiphany: They were always tired, and realized that it was because they were impacted by "hundreds of years of sleep deprivation" that was due to systemic racism. "

Lol. Is the ability to blame anything and everything on systemic racism a form of black privilege? Or no? Like if a black guy is bad at parallel parking is it just...on him, or is it society?

"We're dealing with an inheritance of sleep deprivation," she complained. "Sleep deprivation was a ... deliberate tactic of slave owners to basically make the mind feeble. That same tactic has only evolved."

She also insisted that it is imperative that black people and people of color be allowed to dream properly. "

Honestly Freddy Krueger is never around when you need him.

more triggered rightists! Top notch!

W-what?

The sleep deprived are the people like me who work long hours.

I've had to work 90 hour work weeks, for multiple weeks, in the past. I still managed to get in my workout during those weeks, too. 🙂

Since when did sleep deprivation become a think of anyone besides those working long hours in mostly tech industry jobs?

Yeah and clearly black people, according to the smithsonian, would then be the least likely to be sleep deprived because they don't value hard work.

Rightists still triggered 🙂

I love this response. You have no real recourse here, it's really the only thing you could say in response. You know you can't defend this lunacy, so your best option is indeed to pretend people are upset instead of the reality which is they are laughing with bewilderment at this.

5 lines to 5 words! Top notch 🙂

Lol you are arbitrarily looking for reasons to say someone is triggered.

Good stuff.

LOL the smithsonian article was the best piece of white culture I've ever read, it's like they stole pieces from asian culture, latino culture, black culture then smashed it into some form of a wanna be science to be hurt by something that was hilariously, not white, not to mention the pure unadultered racism in the very article.

Frankly if Dave Chappelle or Key and Peele made a skit from that it would be YUGE 😆

No wonder they resist arrest so much, being polite is a white thing.

So is being on time, respecting authority, being competitive (total garbage look at professional sports.) I should post the chart, it's freakin awesome and a yuge lie 😆

My Aunt came to the USA in like 75 from vietnam and that list is what she practically goverened her kids by and when I was a kid it applied to me as well. The fury of a 4 foot 11 vietnamese woman is inmatched in parenting lol.
