I'm curious what you think about the movie Cuties. There is this news:
Netflix indicted in Texas over 'lewd' depiction of children in 'Cuties'
Full disclosure: I have not seen Cuties. But I did watch this review by Barb:
It censors it, but she shows some clips and you can see the movie does up close shots of their crotches and asses. It's creepy.
Can Texas take the high road when it comes to this film when they allow children pageants?
You’re either go for both, or you shut up.

A valid point and yeah it seems both sides are hypocrites. Netflix is crying about how they are trying to censor them, but they have removed "offensive" episodes of tv shows.
So an episode of a comedy that pokes fun at transgender people or with blackface is not okay, but this is?

Why is Surt always talking about this film "Cuties". Didn't even know it was a thing until his continued posting about it.
It is not even in English. It is a French language art film. Netflix is in trouble, because they used the cover artwork the production company provided, and subscribers felt it was sexualizing underage girls. The production company tried to save face, and say that Netflix should have used the more demure artwork from the film poster instead. The entire thing is a tempest in a tea pot, and the only reason it has any traction at all is because it feeds the right-wing media-fueled QAnon narrative that Hollywood is filled with baby-eating, devil-worshipping pedophiles. It is retarded that these people are so easily manipulated.

Ah, I see now. They need to start thinking for themselves.
