I don't think you read this case correctly.

Both of them seem like shitty people. He filmed her getting dressed and it pissed her off. She invited him over to her place to have some follow-up banging and he got too drunk.

She obviously lied a lot.

But the school dismissed his counter-case after looking into it and kept her case. Lawyer got involved and is pushing hard against this result. It went from being a school case to a public case.

What makes it so bad is that China has all of Hunter's emails as well. If and when Biden becomes president they will blackmail him to get whatever they want. That would scare the shit out of me. I mean, the thought of a Biden presidency scares me already but the thought of our Commander-in-Chief becoming a puppet of the CCP is far more terrifying.
