They're actually off and not turned on until the officer(s) feels he or she is going to have to use force. I was thinking about this. There has to be a way to make something like this happen. I know where I live, in OKC, we have one of the best municipal wifi setups around: among the best in the US. Why not have an always on, always streaming to remote server/cloud setup going on?
