Not really. Think about it, his brush with death warped him and he had a legitimate fear of it (who can blame him). The rage/cowardice dynamic was him attempting to fight the fear but ultimately having it overwhelm him. Loved classic Simon.

As far as feats and victories for Simon, i'm pretty sure he had others that arent mentioned here. Yet. But, he has been around so long, floating in and out of stories and a lot of THAT taking place in titles that were not his, it isnt easy to track. It's not as simple to get the hits u want when searching, as it is for some of the more popular characters.
I know Count Nefaria aced Simon, but I'm pretty sure he has some other panels somewhere, where he took it to Nefaria. It was still his green uniform, the top getting torn off, finishing shirtless. I remember it. I think Nefaria couldn't believe he came back again and was holding his own.
I was able to find this:
He didn't sucker-punch Namor. The fight paused and Wonder Man took him out and Whizzer said he thought Namor might have come to his senses. Simon basically says "maybe maybe not", the fight is over abd thats what matters. Something along those lines. As long as he won.

Then, there have been comments/comment about Simon's punches being comparable to Thor's hammer strikes.

ok, cool. i thought i remembered that fight differently. doesn't really change my mind on this fight or the namor/simon issue. i still think they are all so close as to be practically indistinguishable. who knows how long namor was out of water there? ben's hung multiple times with namor, and ben has stated himself he is stronger than simon, but there is a scene where simon is shown stronger, sooo.... yeah. this fight is a toss up still imo, as a fight between simon and namor would be.
