Well there's just this two things that you may have missed. The Sentry lives several seconds ahead in time, and there is no known limit to his top flight speeds. Just wanted to bring that to the attention of those that may have not known it, or simply forgot.

As long as he has “speed”, Wally West is faster. He is literally capable of transcending speed itself. He beat a cosmic being that teleported instantaneously, in a race across the universe.
Forum Wally is literally arguably one of the strongest characters in ALL of fiction, simply because of the nature of his powers. He’s faster than anyone, and strong enough to put down Superman, and even stalemate guys like Nekron, or the Anti-monitor.
