Black Adam Vs Apocalypse

Who wins this, for me, it seems mighty close and subjective. Has anyone got a strong argument for either?

Why? Unworthy Thor had huge issues with him and only won by trickery.

No strong argument, just an opinion that Apoc cant beat a Superman level character, especially not one as BA.

Black Adam like King Hyperion level and both can stomp Apocalypse hard.

Adam has been hit by Onimar Synn and Apocalypse has nothing on him.

I was going to say BA, but then I realized my mind still goes to the post crisis versions of characters.

I guess it depends on how close BA currently is to his post crisis version in power. That version could survive tesseracts the size of football fields being opened inside his head and had enough speed to fight Jay Garrick at super speed and they end up running at near light speeds.

When their post crisis incarnations fought they seemed kinda even.

I'd actually roll with Apocalypse. Physical attacks aren't really going to do anything to Apocalypse and Black Adam doesn't have a plot device axe which is enchanted specifically to slice through Celestial Armor like butter. Not to mention that Apocalypse also has a bunch of other powers besides just his physicality and can create forcefields, teleport, use telekinesis, lifeforce drain, etc. If we're not limiting this solely to a fist fight (and even if we were Black Adam isn't going to punch Apocalypse out) Apocalypse has the tools to win.

BA also has his magical transmutation if that helps him.

Adam transmutes Apocalypse into a ping pong table.

Im surprised BA is so under utilized given his popularity. I guess DC doesnt know what to do with him.

I have a high opinion on Apoc, I rate him against all on panel showings and common sense as trans. BA however can compete, so 5/10.
