Police given standown order in Virginia?

Since when did the police need a command to intervene when they see people assault each other in public?

If this kind of action takes place in a Blue State. It is probably standing orders at this point To Not Intervene. It helps them push their Agenda. This just makes it easier.

Clearly there was barley any police. And police don't need to be ordered to take action, they have to be ordered not to. Which is why liberals are triggered this fact came out.

I'm not gonna be some conspiracy theorist, but the police response to riots such as this and in Berkeley have been pathetic. Mayors need to be more on top of this type of shit.
