well let me know if it features a lot of female nudity

Don't be a b*tch. There wasn't a single boob in Goodfellas.

Been waiting for the trailer, and it didn't disappoint.

This is my #1 “Must See” film this year.

A close second is the Breaking Bad film, El Camino.

Quite excited about the Al Pacino's performance.

this will be a big hit.

YouTube video

The reviews are universal acclaim.

This looks great. 👆

Hopefully the old crew will be enough for DeNiro to actually roll out of bed, and put in a real performance.

Really looking forward to this!

was going to see it today in manhattan but alas I've been sick af. next week, hopefully

Keep in mind the story is a lie though. The Frank Sheeran guy lied. Still I think it will be good.

Hence your extra posting, hope you get well mate. I have a shoulder injury and watched the rugby this morning over a breakfast involving alcohol at a local hotel bar, hence my excessive posting also. I don't know when we get it but I will be going asap.

all the scorcese gangster flicks are heavily embellished, surt. big deal

Most stories are lies look at Peaky blinders or Gangs of New York Surt, great stuff, no bearing on reality.

Almost a snap!

It's one thing to embellish I'm just saying this is more of a straight up lie. Not a big deal.

I understated. let me rephrase: most scorcese gangster flicks are heavily fabricated. considering the heavily biased source material, I can't wholly blame him. for example consider goodfellas. does anyone honestly believe henry hill's claim that he never took part in hits?

Probably not, but the difference is the book this comes from is a lie. Cops checked out the claims, etc.

But meh.

as whirly pointed out already: gangs of new york was wall-to-wall fabrication. casino is at least like 80% fabrication. of all his 'based on true a true story" films, the only ones I trust to be at least 50% rooted in truth are raging bull (not the fight scenes of course), and wolf of wall street (which also obviously suffers from heavy autobiographer's bias)
