Batman and Superman have also had many previous incarnations much more successful than BvS, especially when adjusted for inflation.

That's not always the case. TDK surpassed ALL Batman films, including the first one.

She's lost to 2 Marvel films this summer. Spider-Man and GOTG.

Spidey just has the added bonus of having bested BvS on top.

Wonder Woman has the best multiplier of any modern super hero movie period. And destroyed most super hero films, domestically. It's in the top 5.

I mean, we can all agree when a movie is good, and when a movie is bad, right? Branding doesn't really mean anything. Who cares what label it wears, as long as the content of the film is good, then it is good. I mean, is that not the best way to enjoy a movie?

Can you not enjoy a movie if it's from DC? or Marvel? or Fox? or... well you all get the point. You are arguing over the smallest and most trivial thing in here.

You mean runs? Anyway, there are no losers here. All super hero movies have made a bucket loads of cash. One scored more points World wide, one scored more points domestically. It's a split.
