Gunn hasn't let us down so far - but he did admit he had trouble writing the script for Vol. 3, iirc.
So if it turns out to be inferior to either 1/2, it won't be a big surprise. But there's still a long wait (whole year) ahead of us.
The teaser isn't online yet because VFX aren't quite ready yet...

Glad someone agrees with me. I have no idea why they're wasting time, money and people churning so much mediocre looking crap. It genuinely seems like they have a mentality that they have to put something from either Marvel or Star Wars out on D+ every couple of months or there would be nothing keeping people from cancelling their subscriptions. The VFX industry is apparently on the verge of collapse through exploitative contracts, ridiculous changing demands by the big studios and staff burnout. And it's starting to really show with quality of production going backwards.
