Well, that was around 2013 - so if you limit your scans to that year and later, then you should be fine.
Otherwise, you'd be digging up scans from when he was still at the thread's Trans level etc....
Shortly after Civil War, he was too weak to teleport the New Avengers out of Japan... also, Xavier ended the AvX conflict with a thought, but he's not Trans.
Strange definitely dipped below Trans for a while. I haven't kept up with him since the pre-Infinity arc though, so I don't know how that whole plot resolved.

If the Dr.Strange used here is too weak to make short-distance teleportations, I'm for including him.

Meh if the judges are fair then most of the shenanigans wlll be dismissed. Itd just be awesoms imo to have it in a confined space so bloody hell can break loose.
